TheRemet CNC R120 STANDARD is a professional roller wood chipper for tractor and has been specially developed for users who require maximum reliability, robust technology and maximum efficiency when chipping wood material. With its impressive capacity, it processesBranches up to 12 cm in diameter effortless - ideal for forestry, agriculture, horticulture or firewood production.
The entire construction was developed in the Remet CNC Technology factory and consists of a consists of aFully demountable, welded steel construction. Thanks to modern CNC production, the cutting unit impresses with maximum precision, smooth running and a durable, wear-resistant blade design.
The wood chipper is equipped with aClamping clutch which enables both the adjustment of the blades blades as well as protection against overloading. This ensures a long service life This ensures a long service life for the entire mechanism. For additional efficiency, the chipper can be optionally equipped with a flywheel mass, which reduces speed fluctuations and makes it easier to process long branches.
A particular highlight is the integrated2.3 m long, fold-out conveyor belt. This enables the chopped material to be conveniently forwarded - vertically or can be mounted vertically or in parallel - and thus ensures efficient material flow and time-saving work.
