The filler is equipped with an industrial oil motor for continuous high-pressure output of more than 20 kW.
This innovative large-volume design enables a suction capacity of approx. 6,000 litres per minute to be achieved with a suction pipe of Ø 150 mm and a suction height of approx. 4 m.
With this new version, the compressor can be switched off as soon as the slurry is in the turbo filler. The filler presses the slurry into the tank even without a vacuum. This means less wear and tear and the tank is filled up to 100 % full even with viscous slurry.
The pump can also be switched on and off while travelling (double bearing, oil motor outside). Particularly long service life thanks to special bearings and seals.
It relieves the load on your compressor and fills the vacuum drum to the brim in just a few minutes!
The turbo filler (without accessories) including hydraulic components is included in the scope of delivery: (hydraulic hoses NW12 & NW16/3500 mm length, hydraulic connector and fastening cable tie) For mounting on the drum, order the 6" to 8" elbow at the same time!
Attention! Function can only be guaranteed if you have at least 50 litres of oil capacity.
