Suevia HEATFLOW 3 kW 400 V, 400 W pump heating unit
- To keep the water free of frost in Insulated ring cables (¾" or 1")
- The heaters in the HEATFLOW series are Available with heat output from 3 to 12 kW (see table)and specially developed for installation in large outdoor climate stables for cattle, horses, pigs or sheep.
- The radiators heat a secondary water, which heats the primary water through a corrugated stainless steel pipe. This produces maximum temperatures of 40°C and minimises the build-up of limescale. Particularly suitable, to keep ring mains with highly calcareous water frost-free.
- With return temperature controlThe desired return temperature of the water is set on the return sensor. If the return temperature falls below the set value, the heating is switched on automatically.
- Expandable: HEATFLOW devices with one heating rod can be expanded at any time with a second identical heating rod (3+3 kW or 6+6 kW), thus doubling the heating output (e.g. when expanding the barn).
- The device is equipped with a High-performance circulation pump with stainless steel base (230 V, 400 W) equipped. The water connections are designed in 1". Two armoured hoses are supplied for easy connection.
- The heating elements have built-in overheating protection (STB)
- The scope of delivery includes a vent valve, pressure relief valve, non-return valve and a non-return flap
- Two 30 mA residual current circuit breakers must be provided on site. These are used to protect the pump and heating element separately.
