Down to a max. working depth of 80 cm, the water and air balance can be regulated much better. Subsoiling increases the permeability of the soil and optimises sowing conditions. Loosening improves drainage and accelerates gas exchange. This promotes rapid germination and nutrient uptake from the soil. Deeply loosened soils dry out faster and can therefore be worked earlier.
