Structure HW 80 V5.1 / V5.2
The heavy-duty chipper body is produced to fit the HW 80 trailer and the W 50 and L 60 lorries. This body variant is mainly used for transporting chaff but also for transporting woodchippings. The dropside is opened using kinematics as standard. The heavy-duty chipper body is available as a package for self-assembly or as a complete body including tipper body.

- Tiltable on one side (optionally available as left or right tiltable, description applies to left tiltable)
Scope of delivery for self-assembly on existing tipper body
- All corrugated sheets in 2 mm sheet thickness, corrugation size W/D in mm: 60/30 Corrugated mesh size 30x30x4 mm in the front and rear wall
- 1 x front wall, 1 x rear wall with removable access hatch, 1 x fixed side wall and 1 x tiltable side wall with 4 segments each, plus
- 2 x locking hooks, 2 x receptacle for hooks
- 1 x front bracket, 1 x rear bracket, 2 x kinematic tube 1160, 2 x kinematic tube 1540, 2 x kinematic box profile
- 1 set of bolts and levelling plates for mounting the heavy-duty chopper body on the existing tipper body
- 1 x complete blow-over protection consisting of: Front triangle, rear triangle and side protection
- Colouring: Rust protection primer in red-brown (oxide red)
