- Tilting bridge with combined superstructure 160 cm high
- Can be tilted to the left (can be tilted to the right on request)
- Profiled laser-welded drop sides, 2.5 mm thick, QSTE 380
- 3-sided double-welded drop sides inside and outside
- Sealing inside 4-sided between upper/lower dropside
- (Sealing of the weld seams on the inside of the superstructure using special sealing adhesive)
- Front and rear walls are continuous drop sides and firmly welded to the tipper body
- Right-hand side welded (800/800 mm)
- the left-hand side is equipped with a split dropside:
- Dropside division (bottom/top in mm): 400/1200
- The lower dropside can be operated via kinematics
- The lower 400 mm high dropside is additionally reinforced with a 6 mm thick weld-in profile
- A 2 mm thick plate is fitted from the inside in the centre bead area
- Feeder plates are incorporated in the area of the front/rear wall (for better tipping of the load)
- The upper dropside can be opened over its entire surface using a kinematic system similar to V 4.2
