Remet CNC wood chipper RX180 - up to 180mm / from 50HP
Equipped with hydraulic feed rollers, the RX-180 disc shredder is designed for shredding branches, tree trunks with a diameter of up to 18 cm and other wood materials.
The thickness of the chips obtained can be adjusted by changing the speed of the material feed through the guide rollers. The double-sided knives are bolted to a cutting disc with a diameter of 710 mm, which can easily shred branches and logs thanks to its weight (95 kg).
The shredder is equipped with a safety switch and covers to ensure safe operation. The chipper has a system for controlling the feed speed of the processed material and a system for removing material from the feed hopper. The discharge chute can be rotated to direct the ejection of the wood chips in the appropriate direction (excluding the operator's working area). The wood chipper is characterised by high efficiency and high working comfort. The chips produced can be used as fuel (suitable for screw conveyors) or as compost or bedding under bushes.
