TheRP200 SUPER is the most powerful wood chipper in the PROFESSIONAL series from Remet CNC Technology. It has been specially developed for the highest loads and processes thick logs and branches up to170 mm diameter. Thanks to the solid, reinforced metal frame construction and the precise precision CNC manufacturing, this wood chipper fulfils the highest demands of professional users.
The extended, hinged inlet funnel has a particularly rigid design and is additionally reinforced with reinforced with beads. An integratedSafety switch enables connection to the tractor's emergency stop system of the tractor. This ensures maximum safety in the work process.
The cutting mechanism is equipped with a robustClamping clutch which both precise blade adjustment and reliably protects against overloading. The hard-wearing cutting blades are made fromHighly wear-resistant steel and ensure for a particularly long service life.
The RP200 SUPER is equipped as standard with a powerfulFlywheel equipped. This ensures rotor runs at a smooth, even speed, reduces peak loads on the tractor and significantly significantly improves chipping performance, especially with long or hard branches.
The great4 m conveyor belt is driven by a powerful oil motor and can be flexibly flexibly in an angle range from90° position. With a generous width of 40 cm, it transports the wood chips efficiently and enables ergonomic working at different different unloading heights.
The wood chipper is operated via thePTO shaft of the tractor (clockwise rotation) driven. For optimum protection, a PTO shaft with shear bolt is recommended.
