The RP200 SUPER is the most powerful wood chipper in the PROFESSIONAL series from Remet CNC Technology. It has been specifically designed for extreme workloads and processes heavy logs and branches up to 170 mm in diameter. Thanks to its massive, reinforced metal frame construction and precision CNC manufacturing, this wood chipper meets the highest demands of professional users.
The extended, foldable infeed hopper is particularly rigid and additionally reinforced with ribs. An integrated safety switch allows connection to the tractor’s emergency stop system, ensuring maximum operational safety.
The cutting mechanism is equipped with a robust tension clutch, which allows precise blade adjustment and reliably protects against overload. The durable cutting blades are made of highly wear-resistant steel, ensuring an exceptionally long service life.
The RP200 SUPER comes standard with a powerful flywheel, which ensures smooth and consistent rotor speed, reduces load peaks on the tractor, and significantly improves chipping performance, especially when processing long or hard branches.
The large 4 m conveyor belt is driven by a powerful oil motor and can be flexibly positioned within a 90° angle range. With a generous width of 40 cm, it efficiently transports the chipped material and enables ergonomic work at various discharge heights.
The wood chipper is powered via the tractor PTO shaft (clockwise rotation). For optimal protection, the use of a PTO shaft with a shear bolt is recommended.
