The RP-150 PROFESSIONAL is a high-performance drum wood chipper from Remet CNC Technology, specifically designed for professional use in forestry and agriculture. It processes heavy logs and branches up to 140 mm in diameter and stands out with its robust and precisely engineered construction.
The massive metal frame with wide support base ensures extreme stability and smooth operation. The extended, reinforced infeed hopper is foldable and strengthened with additional ribs. An integrated safety switch allows connection to the tractor’s emergency stop system.
Thanks to modern CNC manufacturing, the cutting mechanism is highly precise. A robust tension clutch serves both for blade adjustment and as overload protection. The blades are made of particularly wear-resistant steel, ensuring long service life and consistently high cutting performance.
For maximum efficiency, the wood chipper is equipped with a 3 m long conveyor belt, driven by a powerful oil motor. The conveyor belt can be positioned vertically or parallel to the machine. With a 45° inclination, it reaches a maximum working height of 230 cm.
The drive is provided via the tractor PTO shaft (clockwise rotation). The use of a PTO shaft with shear bolt is recommended to prevent damage in case of overload.
