Remet CNC Wood Chipper RP120 PTO with 2.3 m Conveyor Belt – PROFESSIONAL Series
The RP-120 PROFESSIONAL is a powerful drum wood chipper from Remet CNC Technology, specifically designed for professional use in forestry and agriculture. The chipper easily processes wood material up to 120 mm in diameter and stands out with its highly precise, CNC-manufactured technology.
The robust metal frame with a wide support base ensures maximum stability. The extended, foldable infeed hopper is additionally reinforced and equipped with a safety switch, which can be integrated into the tractor’s emergency stop system.
The cutting unit features a tension clutch, allowing precise blade adjustment while also acting as an overload protection system. Induction-hardened gears and high-quality blades made of wear-resistant steel ensure extremely long service life.
For increased efficiency, the wood chipper is equipped with a 2.3 m long conveyor belt with carriers. It can be operated vertically or parallel to the machine and is driven by a powerful oil motor.
The RP120 is powered via the tractor PTO shaft (clockwise rotation). The use of a PTO shaft with a shear bolt is recommended to prevent damage in case of overload.
