Remet CNC Wood Chipper R100 – PTO Drive with 2.3 m Conveyor Belt
The Remet CNC R100 STANDARD is a professional drum wood chipper designed for efficient processing of branches and wood material up to 10 cm in diameter. Its solid, fully dismountable steel construction ensures maximum stability, long service life, and outstanding build quality.
All key components such as the cutting unit, gears, and blades are manufactured on modern CNC machines. This ensures precise operation, consistent power transmission, and long service life of the cutting system. The wear-resistant blades can be individually adjusted to achieve optimal results with different types of wood.
A key highlight is the 2.3 m long, foldable conveyor belt, which transports the chipped material directly away. The conveyor belt can be positioned either parallel or perpendicular to the chipper – ideal for firewood production, filling storage areas, or loading trailers.
The wood chipper is mounted to a tractor via the three-point linkage system and powered through the standard PTO shaft. The foldable infeed hopper ensures safe and comfortable material feeding. For even greater efficiency, an optional flywheel can be installed.
