The powerful dehuller has been specially developed for the efficient dehulling of sunflower seeds and is used in the oil, feed and food industries. The device optimally prepares the raw material for further processing and increases both yield and quality.
Functionality
The sunflower seeds are fed onto an inclined work surface, which damages the shells and separates them from the kernel. A precise system of sieving and back and forth vibrations reliably separates the kernel from the hull. For maximum efficiency, use in combination with a calibrator is recommended.
