Components & structure of the PRO DUO line
1st DUO screw conveyor
The screw conveyor collects the raw material and feeds it evenly to both presses. The conveying speed can be precisely regulated with an integrated frequency converter. Performance: 3 kW,Container volume: 2 m³.
2. precise humidification system
Decisive for pellet quality: optimum moisture content of the raw material. The system includes:
- Valve control
- Pressure pump
- 100 litre water tank
- Fine nozzle for targeted water supply

3. two high-performance press modules (400 mm moulds)
Each module delivers extreme pressing force thanks to:

The heated pellets are cooled, dedusted and evenly sorted. The rotating drum distributes the material in thin layers - ideal for stable pellet quality.

Fine particles are reliably extracted, collected in bags and the air is cleaned using filter systems. A powerful fan ensures constant negative pressure.
6. intelligent control panel
The system monitors all process parameters and protects the entire system:
