Potato harvester with disc pick-up and side discharge
Description
Potato harvester with disc pick-up and side discharge
The potato harvester with side discharge can be attached to tractors with a 3-point hitch and PTO shaft. Its compact size makes it perfect for small areas of land.
The potato harvester has a vibrating digger frame (2 blades) and its digging depth can be individually adjusted. The blades first remove the potatoes from the soil and then transport them to a vibrating sieve, which removes the soil from them.
The two side-mounted discs simultaneously remove heavy weed growth, making it easier to uproot and sort the potatoes. Finally, the crop is raked to the side of the machine in a single pass.
Thanks to the side ejection, the potatoes can be harvested row by row with this potato harvester.
The entire machine is mounted on anti-vibration rubber tyres, which dampen the vibrations of the vibrating sieve to ensure a uniform working depth.
