- Screw conveyor technology (1.5 kW) Infinitely variable raw material feed thanks to frequency inverter - guarantees consistent throughput.
- Humidification system (0.37 kW) 100-litre tank, valve & nozzle enable precise moisture metering for optimum pellet quality.
- High-performance pellet press (22 kW) For feed production up to 700 kg/h or pellet production up to 350 kg/h.
- Cooling unit (0.12 kW) Stabilises the pellets, removes dust & breakage and improves shelf life.
- Extraction unit (1.5 kW) Closed circuit for dust removal and uniform pellet cooling.
- Control panel Compact, clear, with ammeters & thermal motor protection.
