TheKombi PRO pelletising system up to 700 kg/h is a modern, industrial-grade and particularly efficient technology line for the production of wood pellets, animal feed pellets and plastic pellets. It was specially developed for companies that want to process biomass, agricultural residues or wood-based materials economically and reliably.
Thanks to extensive testing and technical optimisation, this production line achieves an outstanding performance of up to500 kg/h for pellets and700 kg/h for granulated feed. Thanks to the powerful 32 kW system and the integrated frequency inverter, the system impresses with its stability, safety and energy efficiency.

Construction of the production line
The Kombi PRO pelletising system consists of coordinated modules that ensure a constant, stable production flow:
- Screw conveyor system (with frequency control): Infinitely variable adjustment of the material feed; integrated magnets remove metal particles.
- Humidification unit: 100-litre tank, valve, pump and nozzle for precise moisture metering for optimum pellet quality.
- High-performance pellet press (30 kW): processes up to 500 kg/h of pellets and up to 700 kg/h of feed; equipped with movable rollers and dies Ø 300 mm.
- Cooling unit: stabilises the granulate, removes dust and breaks out loose particles.
- Suction system: Closed air circuit for safe dust removal and cooling of the product.
- Control panel with frequency inverter: Complete control over the process, protective functions & motor monitoring.
