TheCombi pelletising system up to 350 kg/h is a modern and performance-optimised complete solution for the professional professional production of heating pellets and high-quality granulated animal feed. It has been specially developed for agricultural businesses, animal feed manufacturers, joineries, sawmills and companies in the biofuel industry who are looking for a compact, reliable and economical technology.

Thanks to its integrated system of raw material supply, humidification, pelletising, cooling and extraction, the system offers aconsistently stable production processhigh energy efficiency and excellent material processing.

Structure and components of the production line

  1. Raw material feed with screw conveyor technology: Infinitely variable dosing for precise material feed (1.5 kW).
  2. Humidification unit: supplements the optimum humidity (0.37 kW), consisting of valve, pump, tank & nozzle.
  3. Pelletising module: Powerful 11 kW drive, two rollers, stable mould - processing up to 350 kg/h.
  4. Cooling & calibration module: reduces pellet temperature, removes dust and ensures optimum grain size (0.12 kW).
  5. Suction system: Air circuit for dust separation & protection of the pellets (1.5 kW).
  6. Control panel: Ammeter, motor protection, cooling module - compact and functional.

Note: Conveyor belt and connection cable are not included in the scope of delivery.
