Pellet press 40 kg/h – Granulator 2.2 kW 230V | Feed pellet machine

Description

Pellet press 40 kg/h – Granulator 2.2 kW 230V | Feed pellet machine

Pellet press 2.2 kW / 230V - up to 40 kg of pellets per hour

ThePellet press 2.2 kW / 230V is a powerful, compact device for the production of pelleted feed for chicks, broilers, rabbits, pigs, cattle, horses, quails, fish and many other farm animals. High-quality pellets with a uniform structure and optimum nutrient distribution are produced by mechanically pressing pourable feed, bran, oil cake or grain residues.

The granulator is ideal for small and medium-sized farms, animal breeding centres or feed producers - wherever high-quality, customised feed is required.

Advantages of pelletising

  • Lower feed costs: own feed production is significantly cheaper than ready-made pellets.
  • High feed density: Animals absorb more energy - ideal for growth and performance.
  • Avoidance of feed selection: Animals cannot pick out ingredients.
  • Longer shelf life: Pellets have less moisture and are easier to store.
  • Greater hygiene: up to 95% less harmful mould.
  • Improved digestibility: Starch is converted into easily utilisable dextrins.
  • Standardised size: Ideal care for animals of all ages.

Pelletising process

  1. Raw materials such as bran or grain mixtures are filled into the feed hopper.
  2. A2.2 kW motor with 1500 rpm drives the die via belt pulleys.
  3. Rollers press the material evenly through the die openings.
  4. Pellets are cut off and ejected cleanly.

Scope of delivery

  • Pellet press - 1 piece
  • Operating instructions - 1 piece
