Frost protection heating cable
Prevents water pipes from freezing in frosty conditions. The typical heating output is max. 16 W per metre. The plug-in version is equipped with a thermostat (switch-on temperature 3 °C, switch-off temperature 12 °C).

- With thermostat (ON at 3 °C, OFF at 12 °C)
- Maximum heat output: 16 W/m at 0 °C
- 2 m supply cable and plug
- RCD 30 mA required on site
- Degree of protection IP X7 (temporary submersion possible)
- Lay remaining lengths at the end of the cables in windings around the cable (minimum winding distance 15 mm)

Practical tip
ProtectWater and heating pipes against browsing! Suitable for this are ourPipe protection models 380108 and 380119.
For plastic pipes, ourAluminium adhesive tape (Ref. 351181) for optimum heat distribution. This should be glued to the pipe before laying the heating cable.
