Frost protection heating cable
Prevents the water pipe from freezing in frosty conditions. Ideal for outdoor and water pipes in stables or in the yard.
Technical data
- Typical heat output: max. 16 W per metre
- Thermostat (plug-in version): Switch-on temperature 3° C, switch-off temperature 12° C
- Lay remaining lengths at the end of the cables in windings around the cable (minimum winding distance 15 mm)
- Degree of protection: IP X7 (protection against temporary submersion)
- 230 V connection with Schuko plug
- 2 m supply cable and plug
- RCD 30 mA required on site
- Switches on at 3° C and off at 12° C

Practical tip
- Protect water and heating pipes against browsing! Use our pipe protection models 380108 and 380119.
- Only use water pipes suitable for hot water.
- Aluminium adhesive tape (Ref. 351181) is recommended for plastic pipes for optimum heat distribution. Apply to the pipe before laying the heating cable.
