Patura Curtain - Width: 12 m

ThePatura windbreak curtain with 12.00 m width is the optimal solution forVery large door openings over 6.00 mwhere conventional wind protection roller blinds or roller shutters are no longer sufficiently windproof.

The specially developed wind protection curtain glides on Solid castors in a sturdy running rail and is additionally supported by Welded-in tension belts reinforced. As a result, it offers maximum stability and isfor wind speeds of up to 88 km/h suitable.

1. equipment of the network

• Welded-in tension belts (25 mm x 2000 kg)
• 2 tension belts at 2.00 m height
• 3 tension belts up to 4.00 m high
• 4 tension belts up to 5.00 m high
• Lower tensioning strap ends 75 mm above the floor
• Floor end lip with 35 cm width
• Free page to open:
  • Up to 3.00 m height: 2 ratchet clamps (50 mm x 5000 kg)
  • Over 3.10 m height: 3 tension ratchets

2. installation & assembly

• Curtain system can be customised to any door length
• Subsequent height adjustment not possible
• Opening can be mounted either to the right or left
• Opening on both sides possible with additional sliding post
• When pushed together, the curtain only requires approx. 10 % of the total opening

Practical example:
With a curtain length of 12.00 m, the space required when open is only approx. 1.20 m - leaving a free passage of 10.80 m. leaving a free passage of 10.80 m.

3. checks at the installation site

• No obstacles such as rain gutters, drainpipes or posts in the movement area
• The curtain folds inwards and outwards by approx. 50 cm
• At least 36 cm space for 50 mm clamping ratchets on the opening side
• At least 20 cm space for 25 mm ratchets on the fixed side

4. determination of the dimensions

• Width A - clear opening:
  For widths less than a full metre, please round up to the next full metre. The width can be cut to size on site.
• Height B - clear opening:
  For heights between full metres, please select the next greater height. The exact height must be specified when ordering - subsequent subsequent shortening is not possible.
