Experience with "Special" electric fence battery :
The sticker covering the ventilation holes must be removed from all 9 volt fence batteries before use. However, do not remove the sticker completely from the fence battery. The sticker should be reattached for storage to prevent premature self-discharge of the 9 volt dry cell batteries.
