Description
MüllerElektronik operating hours counter
The Actimat is designed for determining the working hours of machines and appliances. A vibration sensor detects the vibrations of the machine and starts the operating hours counter. For initial commissioning, it is necessary to move the permanent magnet supplied over the marked housing position. This prevents unnecessary energy consumption during transport and storage. After initial commissioning, the counter cannot be deactivated again. An evaluation mode ensures that short-term vibrations of the machine are not recorded for up to 3 minutes. If the machine is at a standstill for longer than 3 minutes, no counting takes place and the device switches itself off automatically. The automatic system only restarts when the sensor receives pulses for a period of more than 3 minutes. This electronic solution ensures a long operating time without changing the battery.

After installation, the Actimat must be put into operation using the permanent magnet supplied! 150 gAdditional information:
The Actimat is used to record the working time of machines and devices. A vibration sensor detects the vibrations of the machine and starts the counting process in the event of vibrations. The device is equipped with an internal battery. In idle mode, the Actimat goes into a power-saving mode and the display goes blank. This ensures a long battery life.
The device is closed on all sides and therefore tamper-proof.
A built-in vibration sensor starts the counting process in the Actimat when vibrations occur. The display shows the accumulated operating hours, which increase as long as the vibrations are active. The time measurement is only validated after 2 minutes. This ensures that individual shocks are not registered. The displayed values are saved every full minute. If no shocks are registered by the Actimat for longer than 30 seconds, the display switches off.Weight:
