Description

MüllerElektronik ECU Trimble ISOBUS

Dimensions L x W x H (mm):

262 x 148 x 62

suitable for:

ISOBUS 11783

Execution:

The Trimble® ISOBUS Electric Control Unit (ECU) system for crop input control enables productive and efficient functions for your planting, spreading, spraying and much more.

ECU for monitoring and controlling the attachment.

The ECU module is mounted directly on the attachment and only requires a one-off set-up for your application. Thanks to its compatibility, the ECU can be connected to the most important displays from various manufacturers.
The user can then monitor real-time field data and control the application via a virtual terminal on the display.

Additional information:

Maximum functions for the ISOBUS slurry tanker
ISOBUS SLURRY-Controller serves as a control and regulation unit for slurry tankers. In addition to speed-independent control, the system also offers a wide range of specific functions.

All important information is quickly visible to the driver on the work screen and the filling, spreading and chassis areas can be selected directly. This simplifies the application and prevents operating errors, especially when switching between field and road.

The system can be customised - regardless of whether it is a simple slurry tanker or a complex solution. The great flexibility of the hardware and software guarantees a compatible, stable and technically up-to-date system over a long period of time. The ISOBUS TASK-Controller ensures flawless documentation via ISO-XML.

Functions of the job computer
The ECU-MIDI slurry tanker job computer is an ISOBUS job computer that can control the work of slurry tankers.
The ISOBUS job computer is the control centre of the slurry tanker. Several sensors are connected to the job computer to monitor important machine parts. The job computer controls the machine based on these signals and the operator's instructions. An ISOBUS terminal is used for operation. All machine-specific data is stored in the job computer and is therefore retained even when the terminal is changed.

The job computer can perform the following tasks, among others:

▪ Control of various attachments
- Field injector
- Grassland injector
- Trailing hose distributor
- Trailing shoe distributor
- Baffle plate
▪ Control of all hydraulic functions
▪ Control of up to 18 sections
▪ Control of various filling arms (front, top, side)
▪ Monitoring the application
▪ Activation of tramline valves
▪ Control of a tyre pressure control system
▪ Monitoring the steering
▪ Various speed sources
▪ Dispensing and filling via predefined sequences
