Mobile grain dryer 17.8 m3 - 20.2kW
was developed to reduce the moisture content of cereal grains and sunflower seeds to a level that ensures long-term storage. It is a batch dryer with an air circulation system. The capacity is up to 5 tonnes per hour and depends on the quality and the desired degree of moisture reduction.

The usable volume of the mobile grain dryer is 17.8 m3
(with a grain volume of 700 kg /m3 , the dryer is designed for 12.5 tonnes of grain)
Parameters:
the electrical output of the fan motor is 7.5 kW;
the electrical output of the charging screw motor is 3 kW;
the electrical output of the vertical worm motor is 7.5 kW;
the electrical power of the mixer drive motor is 2.2 kW;
The total output is 20.2 kW.
Wheat performance:
Moisture reduction from 20% to 14%: 4T per hour.
Performance with maize:
Moisture reduction from 20% to 14%: 4 tonnes per hour;
Moisture reduction from 25% to 14%: 3T per hour;
Moisture reduction from 30% to 14%: 2 tonnes per hour.
Performance with sunflowers:
Moisture reduction from 14% to 8%: 2 tonnes per hour.
* The performance depends on many factors, the most important of which are Ambient temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure, maturity and contamination of the grain, calorific content and fuel quality and the operating temperature of the desiccant. The performance data is given at an ambient temperature of + 20°C, a relative humidity of 60% and an atmospheric pressure of 99.1 kPa.
