TheMAX+ pelletising system up to 700 kg/h is a state-of-the-art and particularly efficient production line for the manufacture of fuel pellets and feed pellets. It offers maximum performance, flexible application options and was developed for professional applications in agriculture, wood processing, sawmills, animal feed production and the bioenergy sector.
Thanks to its robust design and sophisticated process automation, the system is ideal for processing a wide range of raw materials - from sawdust, straw and biomass to plastic materials. The production capacity reachesup to 700 kg/h for granulated feed andup to 650 kg/h for wood pellets.

Components of the MAX+ production line
1st cyclone screw conveyor with 1.5 m³ capacity
This module ensures the continuous and even feeding of the raw material. At the same time, it works as a cyclone system with integrated dust collection bags.

2. precise humidification system
With valve, pump, 100-litre tank and professional nozzle, the system ensures optimum moisture during granulation.
Performance: 0.37 kW
3. industrial pellet press (37 kW)
The main press processes a wide variety of materials and guarantees consistently high pellet quality.

4. extended calibration and cooling system
