Electronic ballast for 12V electric fencing devices. With this ballast, which is completely moulded in electrical casting resin and thus protected against moisture and weather, any 12V device can be operated with 220V mains voltage. The sockets are plugged into the battery connections of the device, the mains plug is connected to a nearby socket using an extension cable. A replaceable fuse protects against overload and incorrect polarity
