After just one minute, the SpeltEx® 500 g of optimally dehulled spelt for further analysis of falling number, DON, protein and water. The patented dehulling process using precisely adjustable dehulling discs and aspiration is also exactly reproducible and gentle on grains. This means that delays in receiving goods due to time-consuming, provisional dehulling processes for small quantities are a thing of the past.
