Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 is a fluid grease based on a highly refined synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a special calcium complex soap thickener. Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 is NSF H1 registered and thus complies with FDA CFR 21 § 178.3570.
It was developed for unpredictable contact with products and packaging in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and animal feed industries. The use of Klüberfood NH1 94- 6000 contributes to increasing the reliability of your production processes. However, we also recommend carrying out a risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.
Due to its special structure, Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 offers an unusual combination of performance features. Thanks to the special consistency regulator, very good wear protection is achieved even with the very soft consistency of NLGI 000. At the same time, Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 offers good water resistance and excellent corrosion protection. This combination of special synthetic base materials ensures optimum lubrication of the friction point even at low temperatures.
