Klüberbio LG 39-700 N is a high-performance lubricating grease that combines excellent environmental friendliness with a high load-carrying capacity, good wear and corrosion protection as well as good adhesion to surfaces thanks to its novel base oil and a balanced additive composition.
The high-viscosity base oil of Klüberbio LG 39-700 N is made from 100 % renewable raw materials. Klüberbio LG 39-700 N fulfils the requirements regarding biodegradability, toxicity and bioaccumulation set by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the "2013 Vessel General Permit".
Due to its excellent low-temperature behaviour, you can pump the lubricant down to -30°C in central lubrication systems and spray it down to 0°C. These positive characteristics allow you to use the lubricant over a wider temperature range than you are familiar with from mineral oil-based greases with the same base oil viscosity.
Klüberbio LG 39-700 N also allows you to reduce lubricant consumption by spraying the lubricant on jack-up lifting systems, saving more than 50% compared to conventional application methods. This reduces your operating costs and protects the environment.
