Help for Our Online Shop

We warmly welcome you to our online shop and would like to use this help section to make the process from selecting a product to submitting your order as simple as possible.

Our shop is available in German. The contractual language is also German.

Selecting a Product:

In the menu, you will find various categories from which you can choose. Clicking on a category will display further subcategories, from which you can access the corresponding products.

If you already know exactly what you would like to purchase, you can use the search function. Enter the desired term in the search field and click “OK” to display all available products. In the “Advanced Search,” you can further refine your search results.

Product Information:

If you find an interesting product in the product overview, please click either on the image or on the product name. You will then see a larger image and all details relating to the selected product.

You can save this product for later ordering. To do so, enter the desired quantity in the designated field and click the “Add to cart” button. This does not yet place an order. Items in the shopping cart can also be removed at any time.

Shopping Cart:

Click the “Shopping Cart” button (at the top) and then “Edit shopping cart” on the right to view your virtual shopping cart.
In the shopping cart, you can remove items or change quantities.
You can also view shipping costs by clicking the “Shipping costs” link to the left of the totals. Then select the destination country, the planned payment method, and the shipping method.
If you would like to place your order, click the “Proceed to checkout” button.

Entering Personal Details:

On the next page, please decide whether you would like to register or not. Registration has the advantage that you will not need to re-enter your address and personal details for future orders. If you are already registered, you can log in here. Please ensure that your personal details are entered correctly and completely.

Payment and Shipping:

Based on the delivery address you have provided, the available shipping methods and payment options will be displayed. Please select one of the available payment methods and a shipping method if more than one is offered. If you would like more information about packaging and shipping costs, please click on the “Shipping cost overview.”

Order Overview:

On this page, you will see a summary of your order. You will still have the option to change all details by clicking the corresponding buttons.

Submitting the Order:

Please review our Terms and Conditions and confirm your agreement. Once you click “Place order with obligation to pay,” your order will be transmitted to us. You will immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your order in our online shop.
