Horsefly trap H-TRAP
The wasp & horsefly trap should be placed outside and works without the use of chemicals and/or electricity. Thorough tests have shown that horseflies are reduced by 90-95% in the immediate vicinity of the trap. Horseflies mistake the centrally placed ball for a large animal and fly towards it. As soon as they sit down on the ball of the H-trap, they start investigating the "victim" and try to sting it. As this is unsuccessful, the horseflies try to fly away. However, horseflies fly away vertically upwards. The H-trap is designed in such a way that the horseflies are guided upwards to the central horsefly trap. They cannot escape from this. The trap should therefore be emptied regularly.
