High-temperature paste Klüberpaste UH1 96-402
Klüberpaste UH1 96-402 is designed as a high-temperature paste for versatile use for assembly purposes in hygienically supervised operations. The paste consists of fully synthetic base oils with a special mixture of ceramic solid lubricants. In the "normal temperature range" up to approx. 160 °C, Klüberpaste UH1 96-402 has proven to be a water-resistant lubricating and assembly grease with good adhesion to metals. At permanently higher temperatures, solid lubricants remain in the friction contact and counteract tribocorrosion or seizure of e.g. fits up to 1200 °C.
Klüberpaste UH1 96-402 is NSF H1 registered and thus complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for unpredictable contact with products and packaging in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and animal feed industries. The use of Klüberpaste UH1 96-402 contributes to increasing the reliability of your production processes. However, we recommend to carry out an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.
