Experience with Heiniger "ONE" :

The ONE clipping system from Heiniger has an anti-lockup function that switches off the motor as soon as the clipper blades stop abruptly. This can be caused, for example, by willow fence wire or similar material between the shearing blades. Normal clipping systems then simply continue to rotate and the clipping handle becomes unpredictably dangerous. Shearing blades can break off and fly around due to the force. In practice, it has been shown that using the Heiniger ONE as a clipping system is a really good investment in safety. The rotating shaft core of the WORM flex shaft must be re-greased at regular intervals (after approx. 100 operating hours or every 2 years).
