Heavy spring tine harrow SAPHIR AllStar Longline 601 – The SAPHIR AllStar Longline combines a narrow tine line spacing of 130 mm with 8 tool beams for the most intensive cultivation with maximum throughput. Equipped with duckfoot shares, the 140 % overlap achieves full-surface cultivation. This makes the Saphir AllStar Longline heavy spring tine harrow ideal for shallow stubble and soil cultivation. Thanks to the wide range of accessories with various tines, shares, trailing rollers and rear harrows as well as numerous depth control options, the Saphir AllStar Longline can be used universally. The wide range of applications also includes seedbed preparation, incorporation of organic fertilisers, breaking catch crops and clover grass, and controlling root weeds.
Features and benefits
- The Herkules tines are designed for particularly heavy operating conditions in the 1st pass of stubble cultivation.

- The duckfoot share has a working width of 180 mm. It is intended for full-surface, shallow stubble cultivation and mechanical weed control.
- SAPHIR's in-house duckfoot shares offer a long service life with a flat angle of attack. The integrated carbide tips mean significantly fewer share changes during the season.
- To be able to respond to changing conditions at any time, hydraulic adjustment of the working depth is optionally available. The two-row rear harrow can also optionally be adjusted hydraulically in inclination, for example to conveniently adjust the work quality on the move when dealing with large quantities of organic material.
- Perfect depth control thanks to front gauge wheels, trailing roller and slotted hole – no stalk is left standing! Thanks to the wide choice of trailing rollers, the Saphir AllStar Longline can be adapted to any site.
