Heavy spring tine harrow SAPHIR AllStar 601 Profi – With the SAPHIR AllStar Profi heavy spring tine harrow in 3, 4, 5, and 6 m working widths, you get a true all-rounder for your farm. Stubble cultivation, incorporation of organic fertilisers and seedbed preparation are just as possible with the AllStar Profi as breaking frost-killed catch crops. The light-draught AllStar Profi heavy spring tine harrow scores with high area output even with smaller and lighter tractors.
Features and benefits
- Equipment with double springs is recommended for heavy soil conditions, especially loamy to clayey soils.
- Standard tines for slurry incorporation and seedbed preparation on light and medium soils.
- The Mammut tines are intended for universal use in seedbed preparation, slurry incorporation and stubble cultivation.
- Equipped with narrow shares, the Mammut tine allows working depths of up to 15 cm. This allows organic fertilisers and crop residues to be cleanly incorporated into the soil.
- for the 70 x 12 Herkules tine
- The duckfoot share has a working width of 180 mm. It is intended for full-surface, shallow stubble cultivation and mechanical weed control.
- SAPHIR's in-house duckfoot shares offer a long service life with a flat angle of attack. The integrated carbide tips mean significantly fewer share changes during the season.
- The Herkules tines are designed for particularly heavy operating conditions in the 1st pass of stubble cultivation.
- For high efficiency and minimal nutrient losses, organic fertilisers should be incorporated into the soil as quickly as possible before sowing. The SAPHIR AllStar Profi impresses in the incorporation of organic fertilisers with high performance and intensive mixing of slurry, farmyard manure and compost with the soil.
- In stubble cultivation after whole-crop silage cereals and combinable crops, the SAPHIR AllStar Profi impresses with its shallow working method and intensive mixing of crop residues into the soil. Volunteer cereals are reliably stimulated to germinate and can be eliminated cost-effectively with a further pass with the AllStar Profi.
