In these applications, the lubricant must form a protective layer that separates the meshing tooth flanks. The GRAFLOSCON C-SG ULTRA series was developed precisely for such demanding applications.
Due to their unique chemical composition with aluminium soap thickener, GRAFLOSCON C-SG ULTRA lubricants adhere well to the tooth flanks and thus offer protection even under extreme loads. Fine graphite particles form a protective layer, protect against damage and thus extend the service life of the gearbox.
Vibrations and temperature differences across the tooth flank are reduced. The gears are also protected against corrosion by special additives.
