Description:Thanks to its long-fibre sodium soap and very soft consistency, GRANIT gear fluid grease is particularly adhesive and has good anti-corrosion properties. The natural properties are enhanced by the addition of wear protection and corrosion protection additives and give this gear grease additional high pressure absorption capacity.

Execution:GRANIT gear fluid grease GLP 0 F is a high-quality, sodium-saponified, exceptionally walk-stable and very adhesive gear fluid grease with EP high-pressure additives in NLGI class 0. Due to its exceptional sealing and adhesive effect, it offers great advantages when used in open and closed gears. The soap structure ensures low leakage losses even with inadequately sealed gearboxes. The high pressure absorption capacity and wear resistance guarantee a long service life. In contrast to normal classic lithium soap greases, which displace water, GRANIT gear fluid grease can absorb small amounts of water and forms a homogeneous substance; it also has very low oil separation.
Additional information:The choice of consistency within the GLP F series depends on the gearbox design. If the consistency is too firm, this will lead to undesirable heating and loss of performance in the gearboxes. When using gearbox greases, the operating conditions and factory specifications must be observed.
Area of application:For filling gearbox housings, spur and bevel gear drives, worm gears and similar industrial gears. Also particularly suitable for geared motors, drum motors, small gears on household machines, angle grinders and drills. Can also be used for manual transmissions of mopeds and stationary motor-gear units.
