Functional principle
The appliance works entirely on the basis of a powerful air flow and precise fraction adjustment:
- Feed: The grain is fed into the hopper and distributed evenly.
- Preliminary decision: Heavy impurities such as stones are separated in the separation chamber.
- Main cleaning: Cleaned grain is transferred to the next tray, light impurities are blown out.
- Fine separation: Damaged grains and dust are completely removed by the air flow.
- End product: High-quality, cleaned grain is ready for removal at the outlet.
The air flow rate can be individually adjusted so that the separator can be optimised for different types of grain and degrees of soiling.
