TheGrain cleaning machine is a powerful separator for the effective cleaning and calibration of a wide range of grain types. It reliably removes stones, dust, light and heavy impurities and ensures optimally prepared seed for sowing or further processing.
Functional principle
The grain enters the separation chamber via the feed hopper and is separated there by a powerful air flow and several fractions:
- Heavy impurities such as stones fall into the first fraction
- Cleaned grain is transferred to the next tray
- Damaged grains and light impurities are further separated by the air flow
- Fine dust is removed via the air outlet
Precise calibration means that only fully-fledged grains are selected. This increases the yield, improves the germination capacity and reduces seed consumption.
