Water-free, flame-retardant hydraulic fluids based on the latest ester and additive technology, type HFDU. Highest oxidative and thermal stability, excellent compatibility with non-ferrous metals and copper, hydrolytic stability and very robust and stable wear protection. Multi-range characteristics due to high, shear-stable viscosity index. Rapidly biodegradable according to OECD 301 B > 60%. Fulfils the minimum requirements for HFDU fluids according to DIN 51502 in accordance with ISO 12922: HFDU

Main application
For use as flame-retardant hydraulic fluids based on organic esters, type HFDU in all hydraulic applications in the immediate vicinity of open flames or glowing metals (hot metal surfaces) such as in die casting machines, steelworks, continuous casting plants, hot rolling mills, coking plants and other mobile and stationary hydraulic systems.
