CARGOS - the energy transporter
Not just for silage!
CARGOS the energy transporter is an indispensable tool in agriculture, enabling the efficient transport of biomass such as woodchippings, silage, bales and silage maize. Optimise your agricultural transport processes with the CARGOS not only during the chopping season, but all year round.
The CARGOS is an efficient transport solution for:
► all silagesuch as grass, lucerne, rye, maize, silphia
► Straw and hay bales
► Wood chips
Modular design
Weight-saving and flexible
The CARGOS offers an exclusive chassis concept that is characterised by a modular, bolted frame design. This innovative design enables a significant weight reduction compared to conventional axle units.
Different suspension systems can be selected depending on requirements and area of use:
►Mechanical suspension:This takes place viaParabolic springs, for their Robustness are known
►Hydraulic running gear:For hilly areas withAutomatic slope levelling and at the same timegreater comfort
Thanks to the modular design, different axle loads can be realised depending on the model and equipment with different axle systems:
►Tandem axles:Enable Axle loadsfrom18 to 20 tonnes.
►Tridem axles:BiddingAxle loadsfrom27 to 30 tonnes.
Stability
Thanks to its innovative design, CARGOS offers a combination of stability, functionality and ease of maintenance, making it a reliable companion in agriculture.
► Lower belts and axle unit The lower belts are bolted directly to the axle unit, which gives the trolley the necessary stability over its entire length.
► High-strength structural steelHigh-strength structural steel is used in the CARGOS frame. This type of steel is known for its strength and durability.
► Screwed profilesThe transverse and longitudinal profiles of the trolley are bolted together.
► Rounded longitudinal profiles:The longitudinal profiles are rounded. This special feature prevents food residues from remaining in the trolley.
► Open longitudinal profilesThe longitudinal profiles are designed to be "open" on the outside. This design allows the electrical and hydraulic systems to be laid neatly. In addition, these systems are quickly and easily accessible if necessary, which makes maintenance work considerably easier.
Hydraulic articulated drawbar
Thanks to their innovative design, the CARGOS models offer Hydraulically sprung articulated drawbar outstanding flexibility and functionality. Thanks to the extremely slim drawbar design, the drawbar of the CARGOS also achieves a maximum steering angle. The hydraulically sprung drawbar design allows the user to choose between three different drawbar positions, optimised for different phases of transport.
Three positions of the articulated drawbar
►Chopping position
In this mode, the articulated drawbar is positioned in such a way that efficient and precise chopping is possible. This optimises the work process and allows a direct view of the entire wagon.
►Optimum unloading position
For the unloading process, the articulated drawbar can be set to a position that facilitates unloading. This setting ensures that the material can be unloaded quickly and efficiently, which reduces working time and increases productivity. Simultaneous unloading of the first axle - system similar to a lift axle.
►Transport mode
When travelling on the road, the trolley is brought into a horizontal position using the drawbar.
Scraper floor
We rely on drive power and zinc!
Stability is particularly important when chipping or woodchipping. The scraper floor is extremely stable thanks to 3 mm thick hot-dip galvanised sheet metal. Guide rails made of galvanised metal and robust, corrosion-resistant flat-link scraper floor chains convey the material to the rear. Particularly with the CARGOS: Wood chips can also be transported efficiently. The mechanical chain tensioner ensures the necessary tensioning force at all times. The bolted scraper floor rails can be easily replaced if necessary.
The scraper floor on the CARGOS is driven on both sides, and a two-stage scraper floor drive is also fitted as standard, thus enabling SPEED emptying.
Side wall structure
The CARGOS achieves maximum stability thanks to its sophisticated side wall structure and clever force distribution management.
►Optimum view of the fill level: Each trolley is equipped with a perforation in the upper belt. This innovative feature provides the best possible view of the trolley's fill level.
►Maximum stability and force distribution: The genuine laser-welded tipper profile dropsides extend over the entire length of the trailer. This design ensures maximum stability and optimum force distribution, which is particularly important to guarantee the durability and reliability of the trailer.
►Narrow stanchion spacingThe CARGOS trolley is characterised by a very narrow stanchion spacing. This design offers additional safety and stability.
