Description
Elmag Electrode Welding Machine SD 2035M PFC/MV Set - 230V
-
Portable MMA/E manual welding inverter
with modern IGBT design for direct current (DC) welding of all common coated stick electrodes for steel and stainless steel. The LIFT TIG function also enables welding using a tungsten electrode. The accessories required for this are optionally available. -
Standard equipment
- 4m electrode holder welding cable 25mm2 / plug Ø 13mm 35/50mm2
- 3m earth cable 25mm2 / plug Ø 13mm 35/50mm2
- Carrying strap -
Advantages
- Suitable for repair/assembly operations, trade, medium-sized industry, outdoor and offshore welding, agriculture and metal construction
- Digital display for welding current (A) and special functions
- PFC TECHNOLOGY (Power Factor Correction): Ensures a stable welding process even with fluctuating mains voltage, enables operation with power generators and long extension cables without negative effects on the welding arc
- MULTIVOLTAGE: Design ensures a wide range of applications, even abroad
- Energy-saving, low open-circuit voltage, thermally controlled fan
- The high level of efficiency fulfils the strict EU standards for the environmentally friendly design of welding equipment
- HOT START+ (adjustable 0-10%): Increase in ignition current ensures better arc ignition
- ARC FORCE+ (adjustable 0-10%): Welding current increase by one per cent when approaching the workpiece too closelyPrevent sticking of the rod electrode and achieve more even welding and deeper penetration
- ANTI STICK: Automatic welding current reduction if the electrode sticks to prevent annealing and to make it easier to detach the electrode
- VRD (Voltage Reduction Device): Selectable safety system to reduce the output voltage in no-load operation to reduce the risk of electric shock
- LIFT-TIG: Improved ignition properties during TIG welding, touch the workpiece with the tungsten electrode, pull up 1-3 mm, ignition then takes place and the welding process continues with the set welding current
- JOB function: 10 welding programmes can be saved
- GEN POWER: Operation possible using a voltage-regulated power generator
- EXTENSION: Can be used with up to 100m extension cable (3 x 2.5 mm²)
