DUO PRO pelletising system - high-performance production line up to 1400 kg/h
TheDUO PRO pelletising system up to 1400 kg/h is a modern, complete industrial solution for the production of feed pellets and high-quality wood pellets. By using two powerful pelletisers, each with a motor output of 30 kW, the DUO PRO line achieves exceptional production capacities and enables reliable continuous operation - even during maintenance work.
This production line has been specially developed for companies that require maximum efficiency, flexibility and operational reliability. The combination of two parallel granulators ensures aContinuous productioneven if one of the units has to be switched off temporarily. This makes the DUO PRO an outstanding solution for medium-sized to large pellet and feed producers.

Components of the DUO PRO pelletising system
1st DUO conveyor system
The large-volume twin screw conveyor (tank volume: 2 m³) ensures an even feed of the raw material. The speed can be precisely controlled using a frequency converter. Power consumption: 3 kW.
2. professional humidification system
A 100-litre tank, pump, valve and dosing nozzle ensure ideal material moisture - crucial for pressing pressure and pellet quality. Power consumption: 0.37 kW.
3. two 30 kW granulators (DUO PRO)
Each of the two granulators works with:
- 30 kW motor power
- 300 mm mould (hole sizes 2-8 mm selectable)
- 178 mm roller diameter

4. calibrator cooling system
The calibrating and cooling system distributes the freshly pressed pellets in a thin layer on a rotating drum. A strong air flow cools the material and separates dust and fines.
5. closed suction system
An efficient extraction system filters dust, fine particles and unprocessed material and transports them cleanly into collection containers. Two large filter bags clean the recirculated air.
6. switch cabinet / control panel
The control cabinet contains the complete electrical control system. Advantages:
