TheDUO pelletising system up to 1400 kg/h is a modern, high-performance and industrial-grade production solution for the manufacture of wood pellets, feed pellets and plastic pellets. It has been specially developed for companies that require the highest production capacities, process stability and maximum cost-effectiveness.
This advanced line combines the performance of two parallel pelletisers into a single integrated system. The result:Double efficiency with consistent pellet quality - ideal for large farms, animal feed producers and industrial biomass processing companies.

System structure and components
1st DUO screw conveyor system
Two synchronised conveyor systems ensure an even and stable supply of raw materials. Infinitely variable speed control via frequency control enables maximum control over the process. Volume: 0.4 m³. Power consumption: 3 kW.
2. humidification system
A precise moisture dosing system with 100 litre tank, pump, valve and spray nozzle ensures optimum material moisture - crucial for the best pellet quality. Power consumption: 0.37 kW.
3. two powerful pellet mills
Two integrated pelletisers process a wide variety of biomass types. Parallel operation achieves production outputs that significantly exceed those of conventional systems:
- up to 800 kg/h of wood pellets
- up to 1400 kg/h feed granulate
Total output of the pressing units: 44 kW.
4. calibrator cooling system
The freshly produced pellets are evenly distributed by a rotating drum and stabilised and dried by an air flow. At the same time, dust and small parts are reliably separated. Power consumption: 0.12 kW.
5. suction system
The closed extraction system ensures dust-free and safe working conditions. A powerful fan filters fine dust and raw material residues and channels them into collection bags. Power: 4 kW.
6. control & operating panel
A clearly organised control cabinet takes care of the remote control and automation of all system components. Integrated cooling, ammeter and overload protection ensure maximum operational safety.
