Description

Danfoss Lenkorbitrol - OSPF200LSA150G6273

Special features
  • Steering unit with valve function.
  • OSPC units function like OSPB units with a flange-mounted valve block OVP, i.e. the OSPC units also have integrated valve functions:
  • Pressure relief valve
  • Shock valve in L+R
  • Suction valve in L+R
  • Non-return valve in P.

Areas of application
Vehicles and ships with fully hydraulic steering systems

Properties
  • Minimised energy loss
  • No oil flow in the steering system when not steering
  • High level of safety and comfort
  • Low noise emission
  • Low pressure drop
  • Only very low steering wheel operating torque required
  • Steering capability is maintained even if the steering pump fails (emergency steering)

Technical information
  • Available in the versions "ON", "OR", "LS" and "LSA"
  • ON stands for "Open Centre - non reaction"
  • "Open centre" means that this unit is intended for open systems. In the neutral position, there is an open connection between the pump and the tank
  • "Non-reaction" means that external forces acting on the wheels do not trigger a turning movement on the steering wheel when the steering unit is in the neutral position
  • OR stands for "Open Centre - Reaction"
  • "Reaction" means that external forces acting on the wheels trigger a turning movement on the steering wheel when the steering unit is in the neutral position
  • In load-sensing (LS) steering units, the steering system and the working hydraulics can be supplied by a common pump. A priority valve ensures that the steering always has 1st priority
  • In the LS version, the priority valve (OLS) is installed in the line
  • In the LSA version, the valve (OLSA) is flanged directly onto the steering unit
