Compressor Battioni Paggani MEC9000A

Description

Compressor Battioni Paggani MEC9000A

details
  • The pumps in the MEC II series have an automatic protection system. For example, the rotor and rotor housing can be protected in the event of a valve breakage by pushing the rotor - including the flange mountings - downwards
  • Pumps with a "ballast system", characterised by B at the end of the article number (e.g. MEC9000MB), have a longer operating time in vacuum mode
  • The operating time at -0.95 bar is 8 minutes (standard) up to a maximum of 15 minutes. Continuous operation is permitted at -0.6 bar.
  • The pumps in the MEC II series are supplied with durable (heat-resistant) vanes as standard
  • The pumps in the MEC II series have a temperature gauge that can be used to read the temperature during operation
  • A maintenance flap can be used to determine the wear condition of the blades and indicate when the blades need to be replaced
  • Each pump undergoes a final inspection at the factory, during which vacuum, compression and lubrication are tested, among other things
  • A test report is created for each pump using the serial number

Area of application
These vacuum pumps with vanes are mainly used in agriculture for filling and emptying slurry tanks

Properties
These pumps can generate both overpressure and vacuum

Technical data
  • Composition of the article numbers: MEC = series, 9000 = type, M = indirect drive 540 rpm, A = automatic lubrication, B = ballast system
  • For pumps without automatic lubrication (no "A" in the article number), the pump is equipped with a forced lubrication system that is adjusted via drip nozzles
  • For pumps without automatic lubrication, the lubricating oil quantity is set at the factory and cannot be changed without tools
  • With forced lubrication, as with automatic lubrication, the function must be checked at all times during operation
  • Pumps with indirect drive (M) must be driven anti-clockwise
  • The direction of rotation is determined when the axis to be driven is orientated towards the viewer
  • If the pump has a direct drive (e.g. by a tractor unit), it must be driven anti-clockwise
  • Oil for lubricating the blades: Original oil from B. P. (item number BP5070)

Useful
  • Minimised repair costs thanks to the unique automatic protection system
  • As B.P. pumps are tested, inspected and packaged with the utmost care, a trouble-free start is 100% guaranteed
