Compressor Battioni Paggani MEC11000M

Description

Compressor Battioni Paggani MEC11000M

Special features
  • The pumps in the MEC II series have an automatic protection system. For example, the rotor and rotor housing can be protected in the event of a vane breakage by sliding the rotor including the mounting flanges downwards
  • Pumps with "ballast system", recognisable by the B at the end of the article number (e.g. MEC9000MB, have a longer running time in vacuum operation
  • The running time at -0.95 bar ranges from 8 minutes (standard) to a maximum of 15 minutes. Continuous operation is permitted at -0.6 bar.
  • MEC II pumps are supplied with durable (heat-resistant) vanes as standard
  • Pumps in the MEC II series have a temperature display so that the temperature can be read during operation
  • A maintenance hatch allows the wear condition of the discs to be determined, indicating when the discs need to be replaced
  • Each pump undergoes a final test at the factory, including vacuum, compression and lubrication tests
  • A test report relating to the serial number is created for each pump

Areas of application
These vacuum pumps with vanes are mainly used in the agricultural sector for filling and emptying slurry tanks

Properties
These pumps can generate both positive and negative pressure

Technical information
  • Composition of the article numbers: MEC = series, 9000 = type, M = indirect drive 540 rpm, A = automatic lubrication, B = ballast system
  • For pumps without automatic lubrication (no "A" in the article number), the pump is equipped with forced lubrication, which is adjusted using drip nozzles
  • On a pump with automatic lubrication, the lubricating oil quantity is set at the factory and cannot be changed without tools
  • With forced lubrication as with automatic lubrication, the function must be checked at all times during operation
  • Pumps with indirect drive (M) must be driven in anti-clockwise direction
  • The direction of rotation is determined when the axis to be driven is directed towards the viewer
  • If a pump is driven directly (e.g. by a tractor), it must be driven in anti-clockwise direction
  • Oil to be used to lubricate the discs: Original oil from B.P. (article number BP5070)

Advantages
  • Minimised repair costs thanks to the unique automatic protection system
  • As B.P. pumps are tested, checked and packaged with the utmost care, one hundred per cent trouble-free start-up is guaranteed
