The Econom CL GT804 has been perfectly designed for clipping cattle, dairy cows, bulls and calves and works powerfully and enduringly on the basis of the latest lithium-ion technology. With the Econom CL GT 804, Aesculap supplies everything for professional cattle shearing in one set (1 high-performance battery is included). The battery of the Aesculap "Econom CL GT 804" runs under full load for over 70 minutes and can be recharged in just under 80 minutes.

The charge level indicator of the included battery can be easily displayed by pressing a button on the rear part of the housing. The charger for this is included in the clipper set from Aesculap. The original Aesculap GT 505 and GT 502 clipper plates, which are also included, have a cutting height of 3 mm and are ideal for clipping cattle and are made of high-quality carbon steel. Due to their high quality, the PROFI clipper blades can also be re-sharpened as required. Experience with Aesculap "Econom CL GT 804" :

We recommend using sufficient clipper oil when clipping with the Aesculap CL: before clipping, during clipping and after clipping. It is best to always use the same clipper oil, otherwise the oil film may break off due to the different running properties (viscosity) of the oils. Depending on the type of coat and animal, the professional clipper blades last for around 7-10 full clippings. We advise against re-sharpening blunt clipping heads and clipper blades yourself as the blades must have a certain hollow grinding. This spherical hollow grinding is ground very precisely by special clipper blade grinding machines. Doing it yourself without a hollow grind can lead to the clipper head overheating and, in the worst case, to injuries due to the plates becoming jammed or similar.
