Efficient oil production process
The BT50 DUO has been specially developed for cold pressing processes and enables the gentle processing of a wide variety of oilseeds. The oil production process takes place in several precise steps:
- Filling the seeds into the storage container
- Metered feed via an adjustable flap
- Shredding and compaction by massive screws
- Pressing in the chamber with high mechanical pressure
- Oil runs through openings in the press cylinder into the collection channel
- Press cake (pomace) is discharged via the end nut
